However, you can also help your body produce its own Vitamin D by getting about fifteen minutes of unprotected sun exposure every day. Always keep in mind that exposing your skin to more sun than this can lead to sunburn, premature wrinkles, and possibly skin cancer, so it\u2019s important to wear sunscreen after those fifteen minutes are up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also help your body produce vitamin D by shining a UV lamp on yourself for about fifteen minutes a day.
